How to be safe on Halloween

Its that time of year again. Where you go door to door and get candy from people you dont even know! So strange if you really think about it. But it can be very dangerous, so make sure you always become aware of the following:
  1. Make sure if your under the age of 12 you go with an adult, or a large group of friends.(if you go alone by your self, when you knock on someones door they could kidnap you)
  2. If its dark be sure to wear reflectors so coming cars can see you ,and remain to the side of the road when walking.\
  3. Make sure if you get to a house and the person seems really creepy and weird, dont eat their candy ( they could have done something to it)
  4. check all your candy before eating it, avoid opened things, like gum, and make sure before you eat chocolate you make sure there are no holes in the wrapper and i suggest snapping pieces off dont bite into it, back in the 70's  a man put a needle into a choloate bar, and the kids snapped it in half and saw it.
  5. Avoid speeding cars, Halloween is a day where people like to dry fast and throw eggs, at you so be carefull, last year I witnessed a truck comming very fast so we ran up to someones door. Good thing we did because they threw a large water ballon, filled with gosh only know at a boy across the street.
  6. Dont knock on peoples doors to late, some people dont like to be bothered after a certain time, plus Halloween is on a Monday this year so most people will have work or school the next day on Tuesday.

Follow theese tips and you should be able to have a fun and safe Halloween!
