Crsipy Onion Twice- Baked Potatos recipe!

                                                                      
      


Here is a recipe I tried from http://www.thanksgivingtips.com/ (its delecious)

You will Need:

  • 2 large potatos
  • Canola Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ground salt
  • 1 cup of smoked cheddar cheese (shreded)
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of crispy onions
  • 4 Tablespoons of butter
  • 1 table spoon of fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground salt
  • 1/2 table spoon of fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup of bacon (chopped 8 strips)
  • Paprika for flavor

Preheat the oven to 425°.
Lightly coat two large baking potatoes with conola oil. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp fresh ground salt on each side of the potatoes
Bake the potatoes for 1 hr.
Cook up bacon and chop into small pieces.
Mix the bacon with cheese, sour cream, 1 cup of Mrs. Cubbison’s Crispy Onions, butter, fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp fresh ground salt and 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper.
Pull baked potatoes out of the oven and cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the potato from the halves, and add it to the ingredients. Mix well.
Stuff potato skins and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Top with 1/4 cup  Crispy Onions and sprinkle a little paprika for flavor.
